"Signage is up at 18010 Dallas Parkway, and I'm expecting 12 Cuts Steakhouse to open its doors sometime in August in the former Rafain space; much like its predecessor, it will serve Brazilian-style cuts of Prime beef, offer a bountiful salad bar packed with organic veggies, and pour cocktails to wash down the “endless parade of meats.” Menu details have not been released yet, and an official opening date is still pending." - Amy McCarthy
