Duke University Brings on Durham-Based Cafe for Coffees, Breakfast Burritos | Eater Carolinas

"A condensed campus outpost opening in Duke University's Bryan Center to coincide with the start of classes, this grab-and-go concept is tailored to fast-paced student life. The menu will feature the original's most popular breakfast item, the Bebop Breakfast Burrito, alongside breakfast burritos, peanut butter and jelly French toast and egg-white sandwiches; coffees will be made with Carolina Coffee beans and include nitro cold brew, plus specialty options like the Caramello macchiato and Mexican coffee. There will be no seating initially (with possible barstools added later), an art installation by Artie Barksdale, and a focus on quick service and campus events to encourage social interaction." - Katie Toussaint
