"A Jackson Cannon–led cocktail bar planned for Fenway as part of the Bower development at 771 and 775 Beacon Street, slated to open in late spring 2023. With few public details yet, the project was previewed through an October pop-up series at a Leather District speakeasy where Cannon tested recipes: highlights included an “everything” margarita made with bagel-spiced agave and an espresso martini built with regional Allen’s coffee brandy (served without whole beans)." - Erika Adams
