"Mom-Mom's Kitchen, which started out as a roving Polish food cart before setting up a permanent location in Northeast Philly, is opening a second permanent location downtown near 15th and South streets. The new location will serve late and will be a takeout-only operation, offering pierogies, kielbasa, stuffed cabbage rolls, and house-made applesauce from a to-go window. It is named in honor of Kaitlin Wines' grandmother and started as a food cart in 2014." - Rachel Vigoda
