"When Ugly Baby reopened for indoor dining this month, chef Sirichai Sreparplarn brought back an expanded takeout and delivery menu launched during the pandemic and said it’s here to stay; the restaurant has an open-air kitchen visible from the dining room and a second downstairs kitchen to process takeout and delivery orders without affecting indoor service, and while the dining room can seat 20 people at 50 percent capacity the team plans for takeout and delivery to remain an integral part of the business." - Luke Fortney
