The contract, which must still be ratified by union members, is said to deliver unprecedented wage increases, workload reductions for guest-room attendants, mandated daily room cleanings, enhanced safety protections, expanded technology/AI contract language, and the ability for union workers to support non-union staff seeking to unionize.
