"Opened in mid-November at its production facility on 1916 Tillery Street in the MLK neighborhood, this East Austin cider tasting room showcases the producer's core canned offerings—such as a semi-dry, a miel made with honey wine and lemon, and the pear-forward Perry—alongside small-batch, tasting-room-only releases like Wild and Wickson (the latter featuring crabapples). The space features a bar with indoor and outdoor seating and tables, with plans to host rotating food trucks. Owner Benjamin Weaver, who moved to Austin from Washington state in 2008 and launched the business in 2017 after traveling to cider regions in Europe, also distributes canned products throughout Austin and San Antonio. Current tasting-room hours are Friday 4–10 p.m., Saturday noon–10 p.m., and Sunday noon–8 p.m., and an opening-weekend celebration was held from December 6–8. The location sits north of another cider operation's Govalle spot." - Nadia Chaudhury
