"Opening on the evening of Wednesday 9 May (bookings are being taken via Instagram), this new restaurant at the base of Netil House aims to be a neighbourhood favourite on the edge of London Fields. The kitchen is led by William Gleave, known for thoughtful, nourishing cooking that champions British artisan producers, alongside Giuseppe “Peppe” Belvedere, whose Sardinian heritage and fresh-pasta recipes will add an Italian thread to the menu. Food will be seasonal, simply and carefully cooked with a charcoal grill as the kitchen’s foundation—enabling whole fish, birds and larger cuts alongside a continued focus on fresh pasta. Wine is overseen by general manager Phil Bracey, drawing on cellars from P. Franco and neighbouring Noble Fine Liquor to offer a rotating list by the glass, rare vintages and a proprietary rosado made in Catalunya; the venue will also host winemaker dinners. The compact layout includes a small terrace, a bar with high tables and stools for around 20 walk-ins and an open kitchen overlooking 30 bookable covers, and opening hours are Wednesday–Sunday for dinner and Saturday–Sunday for lunch (Wed–Fri 5pm–midnight; Sat–Sun midday–midnight; dinner 6pm–10pm; lunch midday–3pm on weekends)." - Adam Coghlan
