"I found that Juice Stars, launched in June 2017, is an ambitious, locally created operation that runs a made-to-order custom juice bar and a vending machine at the Fashion Show mall; it has taken over the Smooth Eats spot next door to Bocho Sushi, replacing Smooth Eats' cold-press juices and sweet-and-savory selections, and now occupies a location that was previously home to the shuttered Grass Roots Juice Bar — updated opening hours have yet to be announced." - Bradley Martin
