Bodega Canal Adds Brunch With Dulce de Leche Waffles and Churro French Toast - Eater Boston
"Bodega Canal, located at 57 Canal St. in Boston's West End, is enhancing its dining offerings by introducing a brunch menu starting Sunday, March 4. The restaurant, under new culinary director Pierce Boalt Juckett, will offer a morning-friendly selection of tacos, egg sandwiches, and snacks. Brunch items will include tacos al pastor with octopus, Atlantic cod, cauliflower, and sunny side egg with salsa verde and hash browns. Other offerings include scallop ceviche, avocado toast, churro French toast, and waffle dulce de leche with corn, jalapeño, and blueberry. The brunch will be available on weekends from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will feature a beverage menu with sangria, margaritas, and jumbo cocktails." - Dana Hatic
