"A visiting Mexican‑Italian bar from Mexico City, founded by Alex Lawrence and Maura Milia (the latter formerly bar director of World’s Best Bar winner the Connaught), is popping up inside a Stockton Street bar on Sunday, May 4 for an all‑day affair. At 2 p.m. the two teams will present an in‑depth look at cocktail creation and process, then from 7 to 10 p.m. the visiting staff will join the host bar for food and drink service featuring a suite of singular offerings; tickets are not required." - Paolo Bicchieri
