‘Mindfreak’ magician Criss Angel dives into the restaurant business in Overton - Eater Vegas
"Criss Angel, the Mindfreak magician with a show at Planet Hollywood Resort, is going into the restaurant business. Angel bought Sugar’s Home Plate and is converting it into Cablp, short for Criss Angel’s breakfast, lunch, and pizza, with fast-casual fare. The restaurant will feature breakfast items such as Belgian waffles, French toast, pancakes, omelets, and breakfast sandwiches, along with lunch items including burgers, sandwiches, calzone, wraps, salads, and pizzas. It will also offer entrees like Moapa chicken-fried steak, chicken Parmesan, and Long Island fish and chips, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails. The restaurant will periodically convert into the Magic Room for entertainment and will support free meal outreach programs and a youth job program." - Susan Stapleton
