Olympia Beer Introduces a New Line of Vodka | Eater Seattle
"I noted that the new Olympia Artesian Vodka distillery in Tumwater — a spin-off of the long-running Olympia Beer brand now owned by Pabst — claims to use the same artesian well water that once made Olympia famous; the beer operation began in Washington 126 years ago but is currently based in California. Washington Beer Blog's taste test described the vodka as having an "agreeable herbal quality," though whether the iconic logo and gold cans' pop-culture cachet will translate to vodka sales remains an open question." - Gabe Guarente
