"The Detroit Shipping Company offers a little something for everyone, thanks to its diverse roster of food vendors. Constructed out of repurposed shipping containers, this food hall includes six restaurants, a full bar, and a limited selection of shops and event spaces. Eater Award-winning chef Genevieve Vang of Bangkok 96 Street Food is well known for her pad Thai roll, while the Nepalese dumplings at Momo Cha are a dreamy snack. Halal Street brings New York City food truck staples to the streets of Midtown with a full array of gyros and rice platters. There’s also Motorburger, a Windsor import serving (you guessed it) burgers, Taquitos AF — serving everything from walking tacos to sopes —, and -320 Coffee and Creamery, which uses liquid nitrogen to mix your ice cream order on the spot. Online ordering is available for select restaurants via their websites." - Courtney Burk
