Star Baker Nicole Rucker’s Standalone Fairfax Project Opens Monday - Eater LA

"Nicole Rucker’s first standalone restaurant and bakery project is set to open next week. The Fairfax newcomer is called Fiona, and while it will absolutely offer things like takeaway breads and the pies that have made Rucker such a household name, the restaurant will also feature plenty of savory-side stuff from chef Shawn Pham, formerly of Simbal. Over on Instagram yesterday reps for the restaurant announced an official debut set for Monday, November 19, to coincide with the start of the holiday season and their pie pick-ups.
