"America’s Test Kitchen will debut a food truck outside of its Seaport headquarters (Innovation and Design Building, 21 Drydock Ave., Boston). Open from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, the truck will serve a single dish each week — a recent feature from ATK’s show, magazines, or cookbooks — and customers will be able to leave feedback on the dish and buy a variety of ATK merch. Expect food pricing around $9 and items like sandwiches, bowls, salads, and soups. For week one, the dish is a Philadelphia pork sandwich from the current issue of Cook’s Country.
