"Occupying a 75,000-square-foot, five-level footprint in Hollywood, Heimat is presented as a premium fitness club with a rooftop lounge and pool area (designed by Martin Brudnizki) that also houses Mother Tongue; its facilities include a premium gym with instructors, spa services, and communal gathering spaces but are accessible only to club members paying $300 per month.
