"Corktown’s hit cafe Astro Coffee is expanding its operations to Core City. Owners Jessica Hicks and Dai Hughes have already moved their fledgeling coffee roasting operations to a new space located across from forthcoming restaurant Magnet and have plans to open a wholesale bakery and cafe alongside it. Hicks and Hughs are working with bread baker Max Leonard to produce naturally leavened breads using heritage grains.
