"I'm told Postino Wine Cafe will open a Bryker Woods location at 1612 West 35th Street sometime in 2025, bringing the chain's cafe-style approach to Austin. The menu and beverage program are expected to mirror the brand's usual offering: a global wine list focused on European, Pacific Northwest, Californian, South American, and Australian wines (no Texas), available by the glass or bottle, plus Texas beers, lemonades, palmers, coffee, and teas, and New American lunch and dinner dishes like panini, bruschetta boards, and salads.
