"Set inside the Langham in Pasadena, this high-end wood-fired steakhouse reopens for dinner on Friday, July 22 after a two-year pandemic hiatus; behind the stoves chef Jorge Delgado is executing a classic chophouse menu with wedge salads, roasted bone marrow, and a slew of steaks sourced domestically and internationally. I'm told it's open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with reservations available on OpenTable, and it features a selection of USDA Prime Cuts, Australian Wagyu and authentic Japanese Kobe Beef expertly prepared over a wood-fired grill using White Oak and seasonal wood to sear in maximum flavor and juiciness." - Cathy Chaplin
