"Cajun Crab House is hoping to debut in September at the eastside’s Flamingo Plaza retail hub, located right on the intersection of Flamingo Road and Boulder Highway, less than half a mile from Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling. Owned by locals Cajun Crab LLC, including a former manager of China City, a shuttered fast-casual Chinese outpost on the westside, the new venture will take over a vacant 1,904-square-foot Pizza Hut in a prominent corner space." - Bradley Martin
