"The Cal’s Redwood Steakhouse will serve a Mother’s Day menu on Sunday, May 9, from 4 to 9 p.m. for $65 per person with a spring spinach salad with goat cheese, seasonal berries, mandarin segments, and Champagne vinaigrette, followed by an asparagus prosciutto crostini with garlic-infused baguette, ricotta cheese, asparagus prosciutto, and extra virgin olive oil. For the main entrée, a pan-seared Creekstone Farms filet basted with herbs and brown butter, and a charbroiled lobster tail served with roasted red potatoes and lemon butter broccolini.
