"During the early days of the pandemic, I watched Belltown’s Screwdriver Bar pivot to a “Lemonade Stand,” giving guests all the ingredients and recipes to make their favorite Screwdriver cocktails at home; from there the bar also developed to-go cocktails that accompanied a food menu.
