General manager and drink maestro Chris “Tater” Gutierrez focuses on inventive cocktails — "think fresh sugar snap peas, hibiscus-ginger beer, or roasted pepita orgeat" — and a cheeky menu that includes drinks like Sex Panther (served in a ceramic cat head) and For a Good Time Call, which contains an amusing Easter egg for anyone who dials the included number.
