"The property’s gaming floor has been approved by the Nevada Gaming Control Board to operate at 100% capacity while masks remain required statewide. Non-gaming areas (restaurants, pools and other public spaces) must continue to follow Clark County directives — capped at 80% occupancy with three feet of social distancing — and the 100% waiver applies only to gaming floors.
