More Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Arrives This Spring in Shaw - Eater DC
"Homegrown chain Nicecream is opening its debut D.C. location at the Shay apartment building (1924 Eighth Street NW) in Shaw. The Northern Virginia-based sweets shop, which started in Arlington, spread to Alexandria, and also plans to branch out to Adams Morgan, signed leases for the two new locations in March. According to a press release published by a Popville, Nicecream’s next futuristic storefront — the company uses liquid nitrogen to flash freeze its assorted flavors of ice cream — is now projected to open by June (before the end of the second quarter of 2018)." - Warren Rojas
