"Shared Roasting, a co-roasting coffee facility at 43 Washington Avenue, near Flushing Avenue, in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, has signed on more than 20 new clients since January this year, with many businesses signing on during the pandemic due to Shared Roasting’s relatively affordable rates. The facility allows cafes, e-commerce brands, restaurants, and wholesalers to use its 6,000-square-foot, two-story facility for roasting needs for an hourly rate between $60 to $400. Shared Roasting takes care of managing and maintaining machines and offers flexible contracts with no minimum requirements. In addition to roasting, it hosts business classes for clients, covering topics like leasing, accounting, roasting, and barista lessons. The business has expanded its hours during the pandemic to accommodate more clients while ensuring safety measures.
