Broadway in South Boston that sells natural wines, local beers, cheeses, and charcuterie is planning a small, 28-seat wine bar and restaurant in the adjoining space. The zoning board approved the plan on April 30, and the team — including general manager Kara Chadbourne and owner Matt Thayer — is pursuing a liquor license so the new space can focus on natural and biodynamic wines.
