Tru Bru Organic Coffee opens in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"I found a warm environment with a modern touch when Tru Bru Organic Coffee expanded from Orange, California into a 2,442-square-foot corner space at The Commons at Seven Hills retail center near Horizon Ridge Parkway and Seven Hills Drive. The open-plan interior features stools facing the baristas’ workspace, a handful of tables by large windows, and a sofa with comfortable chairs surrounding a fireplace. They pour 100 percent organic beverages — including a nitro cold brew and matcha imported from Uji, Japan — and offer evolving casual dining like avocado toast with organic eggs, a variety of the house-special scones, cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip muffins, carrot cake, cookies, and gluten-free chocolate banana bread.
