"Brian Nasajon is opening Mason, a new restaurant at 3470 North Miami Avenue, featuring a menu of diner cuisine with Jewish and Latin influences. The 2,500 square-foot restaurant seats more than 100 and has an industrial-meets-Art Deco look. The menu includes dishes like bagel bites with garlic churros, nova lox and dill cream, buttermilk biscuits with leak gravy, soups, salads, sandwiches, and comfort-food specials. Pastry chef John Maieli will create desserts like milkshakes and waffles. Drinks include beer and wine-based cocktails. Mason is open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m." - Olee Fowler
