Best Dishes Eater Houston’s Editor Ate This Month: March 2025 | Eater Houston

"An annual pop-up by Justin Yu that pays playful homage to classic local dishes, featuring a coursed menu of Houston favorites: a showy, decadent spinach dip with cheese fondue and smoky salsa roja; extra-crisp tempura-fried chicken wings served with three house sauces; and a standout French dip au jus made with tender USDA prime beef, house-baked buns, smoked gouda, aioli and horseradish, finished with a brown-butter jus. The finale is an over-the-top hot fudge sundae — vanilla ice cream studded with dried cherries cooked in kirsch and candied pecans, topped by fluffy, almost-marshmallow whipped cream and a side of pourable hot fudge." - Brittany Britto Garley
