Crown Block is the brainchild of chef Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau, a pair of successful restaurateurs with other Michelin-recognized spots in Vegas. They created a Texas-themed steak and sushi restaurant that easily fell into being the special occasion spot for the Metroplex and beyond. It is no small thing to step into such a high-profile location, and they’ve done it well enough for the Michelin crew to take notice.
