"Pittsburgh native Meredith Boyle returned to the Steel City with her husband, Fernando Navas, in 2023 to open a bigger, glitzier version of Balvanera, the Argentine restaurant the couple has run in New York City since 2014. Navas offers gorgeously crafted versions of the South American country’s dishes that venture well beyond the signature grilled steaks (which are also terrific).
