"A Brixton-origin burger operation is bringing dry-aged patties and creative smoked-meat sides to Exmouth Market (next to Pizza Pilgrims) with an open kitchen and cocktail bar opening from 26 May. The burgers sit between smashed-patty minimalism and early-2000s extroverted toppings: thin, dry-aged beef highlighted by touches like onion jam, and largely meat-and-cheese toppings that sometimes use blue cheese. The offering is backed up by starters such as brisket spring rolls and a wider selection of smoked meats, and the brand has already expanded with a Boxpark Shoreditch kiosk and further sites planned in Clerkenwell and the Canary Wharf Market Halls." - James Hansen
