"I report that the popular seafood chain the Mermaid Inn, which has outposts in Chelsea, Greenwich Village, and Times Square and operated on the Upper West Side at 570 Amsterdam Avenue until it closed late last year amid uncertainty about the landlord’s plans, will return to the Upper West Side later this year at a new location, 335 Columbus Avenue at West 76th Street." - Luke Fortney
