"BabyStacks Cafe is preparing to launch its sixth location, 10 miles from its original restaurant on Buffalo Drive. Replacing Krayvings at Summerlin’s Vista Commons retail center, the 1,891-square-foot corner space includes potential for outdoor tables. The cafe serves traditional American breakfasts with an Island twist and operates daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., extending to 3 p.m. on weekends in various locations including Henderson and Spring Valley." - Bradley Martin
