"The restaurant opening at forthcoming culinary-themed hotel Epicurean Atlanta in Midtown now has name: Reverence. And Scottish-born chef Ewart Wardhaugh has been tapped to lead the restaurant and the overall food programming at the hotel. Reverence will use ingredients from local food producers and produce, seafood, and meats from farmers throughout the Southeast for dishes on the menu (think Sapelo Island razor clam ceviche, Heron Farms sea bean salad, and steak frites with dry-aged ribeye from Bern’s Steakhouse in Tampa.) Opening later this year for dinner and weekend brunch, the design for the ground-floor restaurant features an open show kitchen with bar seating, a lounge overlooking West Peachtree Street, and seating in the dining room and on the patio." - Beth McKibben
