"Blurring the lines between bagels and doughnuts, Bagel Nook in Downtown Summerlin opens at 6 a.m. daily and serves over 25 bagel varieties — from typical everything, sesame, and poppy seed to novelty flavors like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Flaming Hot Cheeto — with cream cheeses that run savory to sweet. I tried their over-the-top creations: an Oreo bagel with Oreo cream cheese and Oreo cookies baked in the middle, and a tie-dye sugar cookie version sandwiching sugar cookie cream cheese, sprinkles, and actual sugar cookies.
