"Slated to open in the third week of June at 21788 Katy Freeway, Suite #700, this third Katy Pokéworks will cater to raw fish bowl and burrito cravings with a build-your-own-poke option, a nacho-style poke served with wonton chips, and Top Chef alum Sheldon Simeon’s Original Garlic “OG” bowl featuring old-school Hawaiian-style Ahi tuna poke, watercress, and a savory garlic sauce.
