"A new full-service restaurant opening in the Sie Welcome Center that will feature a seasonally changing, vegetable-forward menu developed with Denver James Beard Award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski serving as consulting chef; her role includes menu development and selecting and training the culinary staff. The cuisine emphasizes local ingredients, ancient grains, heirloom legumes, handmade pastas, fish and meat. The space—designed by BOSS.architecture in collaboration with Jessica Doran Interiors—sits on the first level of the welcome center, includes indoor public and private dining and an expansive outdoor terrace totaling 3,715 square feet, and is being described by the museum as an “immersive environment.” It will operate seven days a week with a focus on lunch and is named for Italian architect Gio Ponti." - Paul Albani-Burgio
