"In the same space at 1102 Grundy Street, I found 16-Bit Bar + Arcade—named for the computer architecture behind many of its 40+ vintage arcade games—offers free gameplay with a beverage purchase and features classic Nintendo and Sega consoles plus additional pinball machines. The arcade complements plenty of drafts, 36 canned beers, and themed cocktails such as the Hulk Hogan (garnished with a nostalgic bomb pop) and the Bill Nye Old Fashioned, and shares the venue's three full bars, outdoor 24-tap patio, mezzanine with skylights, food-truck-friendly garage doors, and pet-friendly policy; between the two brands there are locations in Columbus, Cleveland, Dublin, Indianapolis and Cincinnati, with Charlotte expected later this year, and the Nashville location follows the venue's posted hours." - Delia Jo Ramsey
