"After being unceremoniously booted from its MLK location, I learned Matt’s BBQ will start serving brisket and 'the works' at Prost! beer bar. The barbecue cart will expand into the realm of tacos to accommodate beer drinkers and evening customers, and owner Matt Vicedomini says pork belly and chicken tacos will appear on the dinner menu, as well as pork steak. Vicedomini plans to open April 1, assuming all goes well with the necessary permitting; until then the truck remains at the MLK location, slinging ribs until sold out." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
