"Semifinalist for Outstanding Hospitality from the James Beard Awards chef Melba Wilson is opening a new location in Manhattan this month: a small, 500-square-foot, takeout-only outpost inside Grand Central Terminal’s lower level at 89 East 42nd Street between Park and Lexington avenues starting on Tuesday, February 4. The space will offer takeout-only service, serving up dishes like fried chicken and eggnog waffles and smothered pork chops. This will be Wilson’s third overall location, including one in the Prudential Center in New Jersey, and the Harlem restaurant’s famous visitors include Meghan Markle and Prince Harry." - Nadia Chaudhury
