"At the original Pacific Beach location of Barrel Republic on Garnet Avenue, I'm excited to see it finally getting a full food menu launching Wednesday, November 28 — a major upgrade from the popcorn machine that was previously the bar’s only snack option. The Garnet Avenue tasting room, where guests pour their own glasses from more than 40 taps, first opened in 2013, and a recent remodel added a kitchen annex that enables the bar to serve the dishes already offered at its Oceanside and Carlsbad branches.
