"I found that the seasonal side-alley pop-up Parasol—located behind Beau Temps—is back for its sixth year at 5439 St-Laurent Blvd and is opening early to take advantage of snow crab season, offering whole crabs (hot or cold), rolls, a Caesar salad with a crab-emulsion sauce, and potatoes topped with a crab-based cream for a limited time before returning its focus to lobster; hours are Thursdays and Fridays 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays noon to 8 p.m." - Valerie Silva
