"Located in the Seaport, this beer garden has attracted multiple complaints to the city's 311 service reporting large, tightly packed queues outside where patrons reportedly show 'zero social distancing' — with witnesses estimating between about 50–150 people (another complaint said at least 100). Complainants noted that while indoor operations appeared to be following reduced-capacity and distancing rules, the resulting crowding at the entrance undermined those measures. Because of these reports, the operator has been summoned to an emergency virtual Licensing Board hearing alongside Inspectional Services Department investigations and faces possible revocation of its outdoor dining license if found noncompliant." - Terrence Doyle
