Publix Is Replacing the Disco Kroger on Piedmont Road in Buckhead | Eater Atlanta

"Regency Centers plans to redevelop the entire Piedmont Peachtree Crossing complex—now called Buckhead Landing—bringing new retail and restaurants over the next two years, demolishing the existing Kroger building and replacing it with the new Publix; construction at Buckhead Landing should wrap up sometime in 2024.
