"Cherry Creek’s Halcyon Hotel is one of the neighborhood’s swankiest, seamlessly blending elegance with hip amenities like in-room turntables and curated vinyl. Its rooftop bar, Rare Bird, continues the upscale meets playful theme with a spacious patio that gives visitors a, well, bird’s eye view of Cherry Creek and the outline of the Rockies. The patio is lined with cushy bench and booth seating around fire pits and lush landscaping in planters. The menu, created by Executive Chef Daniel Young, focuses on all-American favorites, from snacks to heartier fare.
