Main Street, Bar Cloé is a 3,586-square-foot space Palmer helped design to serve new American cuisine inside and out amid surroundings accented with feminine flair; I learned it will seat 185 and include a private Salon du Vin, a 313-square-foot secret bar, a chef’s table, 45 seats around the central bar, patio loungers, and tentative programming such as guest chef appearances, wine tastings, cooking and mixology classes, live music, and farmers markets." - Bradley Martin
