Spokesman Coffee Opens a New Cafe Inside Crux Climbing Center in Austin | Eater Austin

"A far-south Austin cafe that opened on East St. Elmo Road in April 2017 by co-owners C.J. West and Trey Ramirez is expanding to a Highland location inside a bouldering gym at 6015 Dillard Circle, Suite B. The compact, 1,000-square-foot outpost emphasizes small-batch roasted beans and will serve coffee alongside beer, tea, and kombucha. Food is grab-and-go style, with offerings such as panini sandwiches, a range of salads (couscous, chickpea, chicken, macaroni), and snacks like peanut butter–filled pretzel bites.
